Yes. Pixelate and Blur are computed from the original pixels in large blocks, and Solid is an opaque black bar. Whichever you pick is baked into the exported image; the pixels underneath are not in the file.
Cover them with a Solid bar, or crop them out. Fine pixelation of text has been reversed by public tools, so for secrets use a style that keeps nothing of the original: the Solid bar is opaque black and holds none of the pixels it covers. Rotate the key if it was ever on screen. Pixelate and Blur are for things you need to keep in the layout, like names or avatars.
